SECOND-PASS AI TRAVEL CHECK
AI planned it. RouteRiff pushes back.
General AI is good at producing a plausible itinerary. RouteRiff is for the next question: does the geographic structure actually make sense before you spend money?

Why use a critic instead of another planner?
When every AI can generate a trip, the scarce part becomes verification. RouteRiff deliberately starts with the plan you already have and looks for structural problems that are easy to miss in text.
What it checks today
- rough straight-line distance between stops;
- travel-heavy legs and total transfer load;
- obvious geographic backtracking;
- packed pacing when day labels are present;
- whether a simpler middle-stop order reduces geographic travel.
What still needs official verification
Exact train and flight times, roads, opening hours, visas, closures, prices and availability are outside the current MVP. RouteRiff is the structural audit before those checks, not a replacement for them.
